This first annual and co-sponsored event is part of a new campaign, "Respect the River, Respect the Road, Respect Yourself." Labor Day is one of the most popular days for tubers on the River. Unfortunately much of the fun is left behind with beer cans, innertubes, paper wrappings, plastic bottles, and styrafoam containers.
This first ever post Labor Day clean up will help maintain the beauty, safety & health of the mid reach of the Sacramento River for the enjoyment of everyone - all year round. »
